Our Mission
The Peacock scholarship gives an opportunity for young anglers in the 15 to 17-year-olds range to apply to come and fish the PFFC waters on Haddon Estate. Haddon estate runs a wild trout fishery over four rivers. The rivers are healthy, the fly life abundant and we feel it gives a superb opportunity for a couple of scholars to learn how to fish properly on some of the best rivers in the country. Successful applicants would gain access to a superb community of anglers and Guides in the local area, and it will give a great chance for them to learn about how rivers should be managed and looked after.
